Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On April 4, 2017, the Wisconsin Department of Corrections submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapters DOC 302, relating to inmate classification, sentence, and release provisions.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 034-13, was approved by the Governor on March 27, 2013, published in Register No. 688, on 4/14/2013, and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Administrative Rules Committee.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
