Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 30, 2017, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 2.53, relating to scheduling acryl fentanyl. A related emergency rule, EmR1710, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 036-17, was approved by the Governor on April 6, 2017, published in Register No. 736A2, on April 10, 2017, and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on April 20, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
