Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 29, 2017, the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters DE 2 and 3, relating to dental licensure and the practice of dental hygiene. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 040-16, was approved by the Governor on May 10, 2016, published in Register No. 725A4, on May 23, 2018, and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on June 8, 2016. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
