PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE
COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Retail Food Establishments and the Wisconsin Food Code

The Department will hold five public hearings on this rule on November 16 in Sheboygan, November 22 in Rhinelander, November 24 in Madison, December 1 in Eau Claire, and December 8, 2017, in Shawano, WI.
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 133-15, was approved by the Governor on December 2, 2015; published in Register No. 720A1 on December 7, 2015; and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on December 16, 2015.
