CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 227.10 (1), Stats., and interpreting s. 34 CFR 300.602 and 34 CFR 300.646, the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of Clearinghouse Rule 18-004, amending PI 11 relating to standards for disproportionality in special education and LEA determinations. The hearing will be held as follows:

For those who cannot attend the public hearing, comments received by the Department will be given the same weight as testimony presented at the hearing.
