Updates to Chapter DCF 150 Appendices C and D

Based on the 2018 Federal Poverty Guidelines

Effective March 1, 2018

 

 

DCF 150, Appendix C, Child Support Obligation of Low-Income Payers at 75% to 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

 

Chapter DCF 150, Appendix C, provides the child support obligation of low-income payers at 75% to 150% of the most recent federal poverty guidelines. Section DCF 150.04 (4) (b) provides that the department shall revise the schedule in Appendix C every year based on changes in the federal poverty guidelines since the schedule was last revised. The department shall publish revisions to the schedule in the Wisconsin Administrative Register.  The last revision of ch. DCF 150, Appendix C, was published on February 20, 2017.  The attached ch. DCF 150, Appendix C, indicates the child support obligation of low-income payers at 75% to 150% of the 2018 federal poverty guidelines.  The revised Appendix C will be effective March 1, 2018.

 

DCF 150, Appendix D, Maximum Birth Cost Judgment Amounts for Low-Income Payers at 75% to 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

 

Chapter DCF 150, Appendix D, provides the maximum birth cost judgment amounts for low-income payers at 75% to 150% of the federal poverty guidelines.  Section DCF 150.05 (2) (c) provides that the department shall revise the schedule in Appendix D every year based on changes in the federal poverty guidelines. The department shall publish revisions to the schedule in the Wisconsin Administrative Register. The last revision of ch. DCF 150, Appendix D, was published  on February 20, 2017.  The attached ch. DCF 150, Appendix D, indicates the maximum birth cost judgment amounts for low-income payers at 75% to 150% of the 2018 federal poverty guidelines.  The revised Appendix D will be effective March 1, 2018.
