On April 13, 2018, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 2, relating to scheduling ortho-fluorofentanyl.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 014-18, was approved by the Governor on February 14, 2018, published in Register No. 746A3, on February 19, 2018, and approved by Controlled Substances Board on March 1, 2018.
