Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 13, 2018 the Department of Workforce Development submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rule amends chs. DWD 100-150 relating to minor and technical rule changes to the unemployment insurance program.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 046-17 was approved by the Governor on June 1, 2017 and published in Register No. 792A1, on June 5, 2017, and approved by the Secretary on January 30, 2018.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on July 12, 2018
