NOTICE OF REFERRAL OF RULE TO THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has submitted the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse for review, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Dog Sellers and Dog Facility Operators

A public hearing is required under s. 227.16, Stats. and will be held on July 10, 2018 in Madison. The statement of scope for this rule, SS 022-17, was approved by Governor Walker on March 3, 2017; was published in Register No. 735A1 on March 6, 2017; and was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection on May 24, 2018.
