SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 115.7915 (10), Stats., and interpreting s. 115.7915, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of Emergency Rule 1815, amending Chapter PI 49 relating to changes to rules governing the special needs scholarship program as a result of 2017 Wisconsin Acts 36 and 59 and other changes. The hearing will be held as follows:

For those who cannot attend the public hearing, comments received by the Department will be given the same weight as testimony presented at the hearing.
