NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED RULE TO
LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections submits a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. ANALYSIS:
The proposed rules affect Chapters DOC 328, relating to adult supervision. SCOPE STATEMENT:
The scope statement for this rule, SS #117-17, was approved by the Governor on October 23, 2017, published in Register No. 742B, on October 30, 2017, and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Secretary. PROMULGATION PROCEDURE:
A public hearing is required and will be held on October 1, 2018. The public comment period will close on November 15, 2018.
RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATION:
The organizational unit primarily responsible for promulgating the rule is the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
