Notes: This is a rescheduled hearing, the original hearing scheduled for Augiust 16, 2018 was cancelled due to lack of quorum. The rule affected by this Notice of Hearing was incorrectly identified in the original Notice of Hearing published in Register 751A1 on July 2, 2018 and in the Notice of Cancellation of Hearing published in Register 752A1 on August 6, 2018. The correct number assigned to this rule by the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse is CR 18-051. Registers 751A1 and 752A1 were republished on September 26, 2018 to correct the error.
