On November 1, 2018, the Medical Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules create Chapter Med 25, relating to sports physician licensure exemption. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 063-18, was approved by the Governor on May 18, 2018, published in Register No. 749B on May 29, 2018, and approved by the Medical Examining Board on June 8, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 16, 2019.
