Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On November 26, 2018 the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 46, relating to the Forest Tax Programs. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 028-17, was approved by the Governor on March 7, 2017, published in Register No. 735, on March 13, 2017, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on June 28, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 12 and 13, 2019.
