The Department of Children and Families submitted a proposed rule to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse on November 27, 2018.
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 087-18, was approved by the Governor on July 27, 2018; published in Register No. 752A1 on August 6, 2018; and approved by Secretary Eloise Anderson on September 13, 2018. Analysis
The proposed rules affect DCF 201, relating to the child care subsidy program.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held in Madison on January 7, 2019. The organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the proposed rule is the Division of Early Care and Education.
