NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC SCHOOL INTER-DISTRICT OPEN ENROLLMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 227.11 (2) (a) (intro.), Stats., and interpreting s. 118.51, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of Clearinghouse Rule 18-096, amending PI 36 relating to changes to alternative application procedures. The hearing will be regarding both the proposed permanent rule and the related emergency rule. The hearing will be held as follows:

Location: GEF 3 Building, Room 041, 125 S Webster St., Madison, WI 53703
