Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 22, 2019 the Department of Workforce Development submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule amends ch. DWD 295 relating apprenticeship and repeals and recreates ch. DWD 296 relating to federal equal employment opportunity standards for apprenticeship programs. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 118-17 was approved by the Governor on October 26, 2017 and published in Register No. 742B, on October 30, 2017, and approved by the Secretary on November 13, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 20, 2019.
