Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 28, 2019, the Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rule affects ch. Trans 2, relating to administration of grant programs to administer federal and state funds for transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
 
Statement of Scope and Proposed Rule
The scope statement for rule SS 036-14 was approved by the Governor on April 16, 2014, and published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 701A on May 14, 2014. The proposed order amending permanent rule was approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on May 28, 2019.

A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
