On June 18, 2019, the Radiography Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters RAD 1 and 4, relating to scope of practice. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 029-18, was approved by the Governor on March 16, 2018, published in Register No. 747B on March 26, 2018, and approved by the Radiography Examining Board on July 5, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
