The State of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families announces that it will hold a public hearing on proposed rules affecting chs. DCF 12, 13, 40, 202, 204, 250, 251, and 252, child care certification and licensing updates related to the child care development block grant and streamlining, at the time and place below.

Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to make an oral presentation of their positions. Persons making oral presentations are requested to submit their facts, views, and suggested rewording in writing.
