On July 24, 2019, the Chiropractic Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule revises Chapter Chir 12, relating to nutritional counseling certification. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 061-17, was approved by the Governor on July 11, 2017, published in Register No. 739A3 on July 17, 2017, and approved by the Chiropractic Examining Board on August 3, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
