On June 20, 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 112-15, was approved by former Governor Walker on September 16, 2015, published in Register 2015 718-A1, on October 5, 2015, and approved by former DHS Secretary, Kitty Rhoades, on November 8, 2015. Subject

Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
