Livestock Facility Siting Rule
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“DATCP”) announces that it will hold public hearings on a proposed rule (ATCP 51) to implement Wisconsin’s Livestock Facility Siting Law (s. 93.90, Stats.). The department will hold six public hearings at the dates, location, and times shown below. Date: Thursday, August 15, 2019

The department invites the public to attend the hearings and comment on the proposed rule. Following the public hearings, the hearing record will remain open until September 13, 2019, for additional written public comments.
