Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On August 2, 2019 the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 45, relating to property management regulations; and Chapter NR 65, relating to the off-highway motorcycle program.
 
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 066-18, was approved by the Governor on May 18, 2018, published in Register No. 749B, on May 29, 2018, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on August 8, 2018.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 18, 2019.
