On August 5, 2019, the Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter OT 4, relating to supervision and practice of occupational therapy assistants. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 065-18, was approved by the Governor on May 18, 2018, published in Register No. 749B on May 29, 2018, and approved by the Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board on August 6, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
