Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 29, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 25, relating to harvest management regulations in the Lake Superior fishery. A related emergency rule, EmR1907, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect. The scope statement for this rule, SS 004-18, was approved by the Governor on January 23, 2018, published in Register No. 745B, on January 29, 2018, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on April 11, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
