Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 13, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 10, relating to eliminating night hunting restrictions for raccoons. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 041-19, was approved by the Governor on April 29, 2019, published in Register No. 761A1, on May 6, 2019, and approved by the Natural Resource Board on June 26, 2019. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on October 16 and 17, 2019.
