Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 17, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 102, relating to establishment of site-specific criteria for Lac Courte Oreilles, located in Sawyer County. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 066-17, was approved by the Governor on July 18, 2017, published in Register No. 739B on July 31, 2017, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on September 27, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
