Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 8, 2019, the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters DE 9 and 11, relating to laboratory work authorizations, sedation and anesthesia. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 099-17, was approved by the Governor on September 1, 2017, published in Register No. 741A3, on September 18, 2017 and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on September 4, 2019. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 6, 2019.
