On November 14, 2019, the Department of Veterans Affairs submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter VA 6, relating to rate setting at Wisconsin veterans homes. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 114-17, was approved by the Governor on September 22, 2017, published in Register No. 742A4 on October 23, 2017, and approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs on October 3, 2017. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
