On October 31, 2019, the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters MPSW 1, 3, and 5, relating to examinations.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 025-19, was approved by the Governor on February 22, 2019, published in Register No. 759A2, on March 11, 2019, and approved by the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board on April 5, 2019. A public hearing is required and will be held on December 10, 2019.
