Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On November 19, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters Ch.’s NR 8, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 19 and 45, relating to the 2019 Bureau of Wildlife Management housekeeping rule.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 044-19, was approved by the Governor on April 29, 2019, published in Register No. 761A1, on May 6, 2019, and approved by the Natural Resource Board on June 26, 2019.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on December 12, 2019.
