Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On November 22, 2019, the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter A-E 7, relating to minimum standards for property surveys.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 009-18, was approved by the Governor on February 7, 2018, published in Register No. 746A2 on February 12, 2018, and approved by the Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers, and Professional Land Surveyors on February 23, 2018. A public hearing is required and will be scheduled.
