Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On January 22, 2020, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 401, 404, 407, and 411, relating to the educational approval program.

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 073-19, was approved by the Governor on July 29, 2019, published in Register No. 764A2, on August 12, 2019, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on January 2, 2020.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on February 21, 2020.
