On December 26, 2019, the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The proposed rules affect Chapters Phar 2 and 17, relating to pharmacy interns.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 094-17, was approved by the Governor on September 1, 2017, published in Register No. 741A3, on September 18, 2017, and approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board on October 4, 2017.

A public hearing is required and will be held on January 30, 2019
