Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 24, 2020, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 30 to 35, relating to electric weapons.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 025-20, was approved by the Governor on April 16, 2020, published in Register No. 772B, on April 27, 2020, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on May 14, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on July 31, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
