Notice Of Public Hearing & Comment Period
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing and comment period on Scope Statement SS 045-20, relating to rulemaking in Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapters DOC 306 and 376 concerning the secure custody and care of individuals in the Department of Corrections’ custody. SS 045-20 was published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register on May 18, 2020.
HEARING INFORMATION: The hearing will take place as a teleconference on the date, time, and number listed below.
