NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to ss. 115.28 (7) (c) and 115.76 (14) (a) 2., Stats., and interpreting s. 115.28 (7) (c), Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as required under s. 227.16, Stats., to consider the promulgation of a proposed permanent rule amending PI 34 relating to changes to rules governing substitute educational interpreter licenses. The purpose of this hearing to consider public testimony on the proposed rule under consideration. Interested persons are invited to call into the hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to make a presentation of their position on the proposed rule orally. Questions or comments about the scope statement under consideration may be posed and will be duly recorded.
