Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 9, 2020, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 2, relating to scheduling MMB-FUBICA and 4F-MDMB-BINACA. A related emergency rule, EmR 2017, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 047-20, was approved by the Governor on May 21, 2020, published in Register No. 773B, on May 26, 2020, and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on June 9, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 18, 2020.
