Rule Submittal Date:
On July 22, 2020, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 029-19, was approved by Governor Evers on March 13, 2019, published in Register 2019 759A3, on March 18, 2019. A preliminary public hearing and commenting period was held on April 1, 2019. The statement of scope was approved by DHS Secretary-designee, Andrea Palm, on April 16, 2019.
