Notice of Rulemaking Without Public Hearing

Under s. 227.16 (2) (e), Stats.

Chs. DWD 80, 272, and 277, Wis. Admin. Code

Replacing Derogatory or Offensive Terminology

The Department of Workforce Development will adopt the attached proposed rule without public hearing under the procedure set forth in s. 227.16 (2) (e), Stats., unless a petition is received by the Department within 30 days after publication of this notice, signed by any of the following:



Twenty-five natural persons who will be affected by the rule.



A municipality that will be affected by the rule.



An association that is representative of a farm, labor, business, or professional group that will be affected by the rule.
