Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On September 21, 2020, the Accounting Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter Accy 3, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members, and their spouses.

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 091-20, was approved by the Governor on June 30, 2020, published in Register No. 775A1, on July 6, 2020, and approved by the Accounting Examining Board on July 20, 2020.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on December 2, 2020.
