On October 14, 2020, the Medical Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The proposed rule affects ch. Med 13, relating to continuing medical education for physicians.

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 094-20, was approved by the Governor on July 16, 2020, published in Register No. 775A3 on July 20, 2020, and approved by the Medical Examining Board on August 25, 2020.

A public hearing is required and will be held on December 16, 2020.
