On October1, 2020, the Funeral Directors Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters FD 1, relating to Funeral Director License Application Requirements. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 033-20, was approved by the Governor on May 4, 2020, published in Register No. 773A2, on May 11, 2020, and approved by Funeral Directors Examining Board on May 26, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 17, 2020.
