Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On November 9, 2020, the Board of Nursing submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rule revises chs. N 1 to 8, relating to requirements in emergency situations.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 014-20, was approved by the Governor on March 27, 2020, published in Register No. 771B on March 30, 2020, and approved by the Board of Nursing on April 9, 2020.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for December 10, 2020.
