The purpose of this hearing is to consider public testimony on the emergency rule. Interested persons are invited to call into the hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to make a presentation of their position on the rule orally. Questions or comments about the eemergency rule may be posed and will be duly recorded. Alternatively, written comments may be submitted without attending the hearing. Written comments may be submitted by email to DOADPM@wisconsin.gov. Written comments must be received on or before December 3, 2020 to be included in the record of rulemaking proceedings.
