On October 26, 2020, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule revises Chapter SPS 318, relating to private residence elevators. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 104-20, was approved by the Governor on July 31, 2020, published in Register No. 776A2 on August 10, 2020, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on August 24, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for December 4, 2020.
