NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF RULES TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

PI 34, Educator licenses

On Friday, November 6, 2020, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 029-20, was published in Register No. 773A1, on May 4, 2020, and approved by State Superintendent Carolyn Stanford Taylor on May 20, 2020.

The proposed rule amends ch. PI 34, relating to alternative completion standards for educator preparation programs.

Public hearings will be scheduled as required under s. 227.16 (1), Stats.
