Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On November 13, 2020 the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 2.77, relating to scheduling flualprazolam.
A related emergency rule, EmR 2037, affecting the same administrative code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
 
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 126-20, was approved by the Governor on September 21, 2020, published in Register No. 777B, on September 28, 2020, and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on October 8, 2020.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 15, 2021.
