NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule revising Chapter Tax 2 relating to pass-through entities which have elected to pay tax at the entity level and claim the credit for tax paid to another state.

Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing virtually and may make an oral presentation. It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department prior to or at the time of the hearing by sending the written comments to Jennifer Chadwick at [e-mail].
